The Archeological Conundrum

Have you ever had an answer to a question that hasn't been asked? Well I have the answer and the question naturally followed. So which do you want first? I am going to assume you said question. The question is, how is it that archeologists always uncover tools and bowls when they excavate a city/town/homestead?  Let's not leave out coins and buttons. Well, the answer is complicated but simple at the same time. First, you have to ask yourself, what is it about a workshop that makes you drag every tool you own out into the yard to carve or cut with? I'll tell you what it is for my kids, it's because they have every workable surface covered with something or another inside the shop. So in order to work on the latest project (it's a bow or a sword or a knife😄) they have to go outside. Next, you either  finish the latest upgrade to your sword/knife/bow or you just need a little peer review and you run off to challenge your brother to a duel 🤺. In any case, you should not put away those tools because you are, after all, going to need them in just a minute to tweak the design a bit. And that bowl? That's from the snack they had while working. Now the age old question has its answer.
